Introducing First Draught, a smarter, more connected way to enjoy your local. Soon, you’ll be able to earn and redeem points across every venue, unlock exclusive offers, and enjoy even better member rewards.
Getting started will be simple: download the app, enter your mobile number, and your existing points will transfer automatically. Oh, and yes, there’s a free drink waiting for you when you join.
This is more than an app. It’s the start of a local community where loyalty is recognised, every visit counts, and every pint brings you closer to something special.

What happens to my points that I have already accrued?
Your points will transfer to the new First Draught app when you sign in with your mobile number.
What if my points don’t transfer over?
No stress. See a staff member at your local venue and we’ll sort it on the spot, or email [email protected] and we’ll arrange the transfer.
Why are you launching a new app?
So you can earn and redeem across all seven venues with one simple app. It’s a big step forward as Piermount brings everything under one banner.

When is the app live
The app is live! Launched on the 3rd December
Do we need to do anything?
Yep—just download First Draught, sign in with your mobile number, and you’re in. Your points will follow you.
Can I continue to use the old app?
There is a 3 month transition period, as of the 1st March 2026, no old apps will be able to be used. Once First Draught is downloaded, your old app will become obsolete.
Will I still earn points the same way?
Yes—everything is the same, however, now you can add your card to your e-wallet for ease
How do I redeem points
Open the First Draught app, check your balance, and follow the prompts at checkout or show your barcode/ID at the bar—staff will help apply your points.
Is there a sign-up bonus?
Your first draught is on us. Receive $10 credit download and sign in. T&Cs apply
What if I can’t download the app?
We’ve got you. Staff can look up your member profile using your mobile number so you can keep earning and redeeming. You can also email [email protected] for help.
What if I have two accounts?
No drama. We can merge duplicate accounts—just contact us with your details.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months. Please see T&Cs for more information.
Is the app free?
Absolutely. Free to download on iOS and Android.
What device does it support?
Recent versions of iOS and Android. If you’re unsure, try downloading—if your phone’s too old, staff can still help you earn and redeem with our First Draught loyalty cards. Please see a staff member at your closest venue.
Will I get better discounts and in-venue special offers?
Yes—sharper member pricing across all seven venues, plus app-only offers and early access to specials. Plus enjoy group wide perks!

How do I delete my old app?
Once you’ve moved over and confirmed your points, simply delete your old venue app from your phone.
